It seems I have a leak in my game. I'll raise suited middle connectors from late position on an unraised pot to get fold equity. But when I hit a raggy board and make TP, how aggressive should I be? It seems quite often I lose a big pot there against overpairs or a set and win a small pot against overcards. How do you play TP with these hands assuming you have position (or close to it) and its been checked to you?

Should I give up playing these hands for pair value?

the number of pots you win compared to the ones you lose to an overpair or a set should be +EV i would think...usually i bet the pot or close to it in this situation, then if i get called or raised i slow way down and try to minimize what i put in.

Play with caution and only in position. I always like Bet Bet Check. Unless you make a monster by the river, the check at the end prevents playbacks if they have caught up.

If you're making this post you should not be playing suited connectors at all, ever. It is completely dependant on the table, the opponents, your recent actions/showdowns and how your opponents see you.

I play suited connectors when there are a bunch of limpers in front and I am in late position. I have called small raises with them if again there are callers in front of me. I never raise with them. If I hit TP I am not aggressive with it, I am looking to hit a straight or a small flush.
-It seemed like a good idea at the time-
