So two people bet a dollar, I raise to 4 on the button with kings...
person UTG raises to 10, and i go all in for 25. I don't see any problem with this play except possibly calling and looking for an ace on the flop.
But lets hear what you more experienced lpayers do..

With KK, there's only one hand that you're behind preflop. There are a lot more than that willing to go all-in. I've had a three-way all-in preflop holding KK v TT and QJ.
So yes, you made the right play. This will win you a huge chunk of money over time.

You will run into AA v. KK a thousand times. Sometimes you are on the wrong end of things, sometimes the KK comes from behing but usually you just take your medicine. Good play.
The only time you don't push KK preflop is when you are faced with a big raise and then another reraise and you are playing against who you percieve to be solid opponents.

Unless you have like 1k hands with UTG and know he's only going to play AA like that, you played it fine.
With $10 out of a $25 stack in the pot if you call, I don't think you want to play a flop here, easy push as the re-raiser is pretty pot-struck and will almost always call.
