A lot of this is dependent on what you've been doing at the table recently. If you push, the only hands he'll call with are either combo draws (where you are slightly ahead), QQ/KK (you're way ahead), or where he has two pair/set (and you are way behind).

If you've been c-betting off of every preflop raise and have a loose image than you can try reraising him, but I'd go with calling and releading the turn. That way, if you have him beat, you'll get more money in the pot.

Truth is, at these stakes you never know if he has a set/AJ/ heart draw/bluff.

I'd just push the flop, even a fd at this level would call you.
