I was particularly happy with this bluff of mine in a stars freezeout earlier on, I'd even go as far as saying this was one of the best bluffs of my career.

*********** # 2 **************
PokerStars Game #1233699967: Tournament #5286037, Hold'em No Limit - Level II (15/30) - 2005/02/18 - 10:34:23 (ET) Table '5286037 27' Seat #1 is the button Seat 1: C.E.J.1 (2535 in chips) Seat 2: Fradley (3375 in chips) Seat 3: T.O. Fire (1225 in chips) Seat 4: The $ting (515 in chips) Seat 5: Davillionare (2480 in chips) Seat 6: trueno1952 (865 in chips) is sitting out Seat 7: lsd1221 (1495 in chips) Seat 8: Mabman (3200 in chips) Seat 9: dwarfman1990 (1480 in chips)
Fradley: posts small blind 15
T.O. Fire: posts big blind 30
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to dwarfman1990 [:Qd: :As:]
The $ting: folds
Davillionare: folds
trueno1952: folds
lsd1221: calls 30
Mabman: folds
dwarfman1990: raises 90 to 120 Early on in the tourney, 4xBB raise seemed right here.
C.E.J.1: calls 120 NOTE: He called the preflop raise
Fradley: folds
T.O. Fire: folds
lsd1221: calls 90
*** FLOP *** [ :Jc: :Kc:]
lsd1221: checks
dwarfman1990: bets 420 Bet out pot sized to feel the waters and (what I thought) push everyone out
C.E.J.1: calls 420 NOTE: He only called - He's called twice now.
lsd1221: folds
*** TURN *** [ :Jc: :Kc:] []
dwarfman1990: bets 940 and is all-in Now I'm thinking one of three things, I think he either has the nut flush draw which could be AQ, AJ, AT, he could have a strongish king (KQ I thought) but is very scared of the KJ and flush, or he has a QT for a straight draw, where I will be a favourite (unlikely). I figure he'd fold here with any of the aforementioned cards he could be on. One other possibility is that he could have already made the nut flush and was slowplaying - but I figured this to be highly unlikely, so I pushed assuming he would call with the worst of it, or fold his draw/pair.
C.E.J.1: folds Bingo
trueno1952 has returned
dwarfman1990 collected 1245 from pot
dwarfman1990: shows [:Qd: :As:] (high card Ace) Figured most likely he had a king, and he was very irratable, so I showed to piss him off
*** SUMMARY ***
Total pot 1245 | Rake 0
Board [7c Jc Kc 8s]
Seat 1: C.E.J.1 (button) folded on the Turn Seat 2: Fradley (small blind) folded before Flop Seat 3: T.O. Fire (big blind) folded before Flop Seat 4: The $ting folded before Flop (didn't bet) Seat 5: Davillionare folded before Flop (didn't bet) Seat 6: trueno1952 folded before Flop (didn't bet) Seat 7: lsd1221 folded on the Flop Seat 8: Mabman folded before Flop (didn't bet) Seat 9: dwarfman1990 collected (1245)

Maybe I wouldn't have done this in another situation, but I'd seen this guy fold top pair (he said he had) a couple of times when there was a decent draw on the board.

He is pretty weakass

It looks a little techy, but I did this on pure instinct, all my moves here we done in split seconds without a second thought. I'm in the twilight zone

best bluff of my career was in a 15 person $10 sng. blinds getting decent, maybe 6 people left. me and this other guy have 1200 or so, i have him covered barely. i bet 400 with 3-5os to steal blinds, he calls... flop comes 4-6-10. he bets 400, i start thinking to myself, ok there's a big pot, he called a big bet before the flop, but he only bet half his stack, 400 into an 800-1000 pot... so i reraised him all and he thought and folded, and told me he folded ak and i probably made some crappy low pair and whined and whined, esp after i knocked him out the rest of the way a few hands later. that was fun to just know he would fold
