MP1 is a regular I've played a ton of hands with. He's nitty preflop (~15/5), aggressive post-flop. I've played a fair amount with SB too, he's loose pre-flop (26/9) but seems solid post-flop. My turn check is to rep missed overs and induce a value bet from MP1 with AJ or an overpair. I'm kind of lost on the river. Line check?

You're obvioulsy a better player than I am but what's your reasoning behind the turn check?
I like the flop call if you're planning to induce a value bet from AJ or similar. Was it the SB call that lead you to call and not raise, pot control?
If he did have overs he'd check behind on the turn and the river wouldnt he? Though they are pretty weak bets by MP1.. Has he got JJ and is just inducing calls/raises? I presume not with your read on him - he'd bet more? no?
The SB calls are just confusing the hand - I figure you've got them both beaten with the lack of aggression AJ/KJs/QQ/99 or something? I'm not really sure

if the opp's have played with you alot would they RR JJ PF??? i ask coz you say you do play aggro.
flop is good for you to bet. MP1 could well be floating but SB WTF!! SB have JJ?? dunno
I do bet turn tho coz we have better 2 pair. im playing this hard and fast.
as played meh its ok, im guessing you wanted to switch it up a bit.

I explained in my op. To rep missed overs and induce a bet from MP1 with AJ or an overpair (not overs, I mistyped and just edited it).

I assume you mean turn call? I bet the flop. The SB call on the turn really confused me.

First question, yeah, he'd check behind with overs. I meant an overpair. They are weak bets by MP1 so I thought JJ was unlikely, but it would give him the effective nuts, so he could be betting small to keep us both in.

Agree on both points. Do you think it's worth a river raise?

1. Ah ok, I get ya... I misread it
2.Yeah I mean the turn call. You got to be pretty sick that the SB called too.. Puts you in a fairly tough spot, but I think I might be raising here although depends whether you want to keep this pot as small as possible or play for stacks
3.Ok yeah overpair, but would he just call with an overpair on the flop? Is he just calling with QQ/KK preflop? Doubt it?
4.I dont think it's worth the river raise here, you could get into a sticky situation. If you were going to raise I think I'd prefer it on the turn - tho this means a possible AI on the river/fold to a push on the turn/check fold if they both call the raise on the turn and bet the river. I'd be pretty sick if he was slow playing JJ
How did it turn out?

i think the play with SB in the hand is too fishy plus weak bets from MP1 is weird to. i call but dont want to be pressured after i raise.

Well MP1 only raises 5% pre-flop over a shit-ton of hands, so JJ prob isn't in his rr range. Hell, QQ/AK probably aren't either, and since he knows my wide raising range and high c-bet %, he might cold call with AA/KK too

Aren't we wa/wb here? There are no draws out... what's calling a second barrel in a multi-way pot that we beat?
