FIRST HAND:
Preflop you should be raisning a bit more; standard raise is 3x-4x the BB making it .30-.40 to go.Add a BB for each limper so with 4 CALLERS you need to make it .70-.80 to go(make them pay to see the flop as well as make up for the times your Queens get outflopped).

On the flop you need to bet closer to $1.75; you want information that will help you decide if someone has trips or the boat(we can rule out quads hopefully).

THe turn is your key moment. You need to make the ever wonderful information bet that you can get away from if raised.Checking behind shows weakness and you won't know whether his bet on the river(if he does) means strength or a bluff.I would make it $2.85-$3.25 to go.If you are popped back of bet into on the river you can fold.

SECOND HAND:
Again you did not raise enough preflop. This should be .40-.50 to go with 1 limper.

On the flop you did may have raised too much.I would've made this closer to0 to .40 to go.Typical raise is usually 3x-4x the initial bet(then add the bet for each caller). There is a flush draw and straight draw and many people will take one off anyways and alot of cards could come on the turn that kill you and you will be putting more money into a pot with a vulnerable hand.

On the turn I would alternate between folding or reraising. If you are reraised then you can fold.

On the river I don't understand your bet.You are setting yourself up for an easy uncomfortable reraise or worse push and will have to make a tough laydown or worse pay off.Almost every possible straight draw has arrived on the river: 78s,KQs,Q8s, all have your number here.Even JTs,J9s,T9s have hit their two pair, and a set may have decided to just check and not try to destack you.

At 10nl your preflop raise with QQ-AA should be 75 cents+
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.
