hello everyone im new here..i just wanted an opinion on a hand i just played. the 2nd 8 on the turn really scared me, so i wanted to check it through.. here it is

I dont see anything wrong. Usually if your being called down it would appear to be by top pair so top pair making trips woud be consdiered dangerous. But you arent ever told here that your not good so i play it the same way

alright thanks..i wasnt sure because after reading super system, i feel when im not being aggressive im playing wrongly. and ill be posting a lot more hands to make sure my game is solid..thanks! heres what actually happened..i hate being sucked out on..

Looks pretty good. I would bet $3 on the flop though. You basically 1/2 potted it, so I don't blame villian for looking you up here.

i'd rather bet the turn to see if he's really got the 8, decide your plan of action if raised back accordingly
