No reads - first orbit at table. I think I should've folded to the final bet, but it was hard since he was a short stack. Would you call or fold, or do anything different?

SB bets $4, BB folds, Hero raises to $12, SB raises to $23 (AI)Hero calls $11. (3:1 odds. At the time I was trying to get us all in, but now I'm not sure if it's a lesser pair or bluff often enough. he could put me on a button move and do it with a lessor pair, but it could also be a set or slow played AA/KK....)
Final Pot: $53

With no manuverability because of the short stack you just won't have enough info one way or the other. I call it...it works in my favor maybe 3/5 of the time.

I call while violently convulsing....either he has the set/KK/AA or he is bluffing on an OESD.
