ok, this guy is a pretty decent toolbag, 36/6, but I wouldn't expect them to be TOO bad. so, hand played ok, and river i do what?

Unless you have seen him pull some big river bluffs I think its a fold, This really smells like a slowplayed set or full house. Villian is quite loose so 56s/67s could easaly be in that range along with any PP. The only hands your ahead of, TT/JJ which don't push that river and I can't really see him holding on with a AQ.
edit: woo hoo, i've got a lovely pair

What worse hand could he have that calls the river bet?
River raises are almost never bluffs and you're certainly beat.

you don't think someone slowplaying raises the turn?

Why? He's got position on you and he's unlikely to be outdrawn.

because my turn bet was only 7, i obviously like my hand, and it will be a lot harder to get it all in on the river without some type of raise here because he will have to make a pretty big reraise ala what he did.

50nl
you're beat
but wtf does he have.
if you put a decent amount in the poit as you did on the turn i would just call with a set here and then push the river because i know you like your hand. Its not a normal play of mine but here you like your hand so hell ill just cold call you then put you to a tough decision i dont think you can get away from.

this is an ongoing problem of mine. I constantly feel like, if i didn't given the person the correct odds to make the call on the flop or turn, then they can't possibly have a hand that I have EV wise eliminated. but, i need to be able to fold to aggression when its obvious i've been outdrawn, i just can't do it in certain situations. this one here is another one. I know i should've folded the river, but WTF does he have? he is rocky btw.

I think I'd play this second hand the same... you might lose him on the turn if you raise, but that's the safer move. He's repping the Queen which I doubt he could get away from even if you raise the turn (epecially AQ which really screws you on the river). I don't think there's anyway to push AQ or KQ off this hand and it's just a shame if a A,K,Q hits that river.
