villian is 25/20 and regularly makes position raises. cont bet ratio is 100% and a fairly weak player. are my odds good enough?

Hero is ~35% to make his hand on the river. Can pushing the turn ever be -Ev here? If villain folds only 10% of the time we're almost breaking even.

raise the flop, i pot the turn depending on if opp is capable of folding something here.
calling is just bad IMO.
