Yes, you indeed caught your mistake. The play is to "think" and then smooth call, try to get someone w/TP to come along too.

Minraising would be nice with 3 to act. Calling is bad IMO.

yeah, I think 3x the bet with a set on a coordinated board is the safe play, although with the villian being all-in it's unfortunate he can't call your raise. I'm thinking min-raise in this situation and pushing a non-heart turn.
