His most likely hand is KK, followed probably by JJ, then 89, then TT, then bluff. Bluffs would be with QQ or KQs. I don't very much like the idea of bet-folding any hand for this amount vs someone who is capable of making a hugely ambitious move vs a perceived nitty player.
With your tight image, I'm not sure you should be betting AK/KQ or AA here, at least not for this amount. In fact, I think betting his amount is pretty bad with any value hand because your range is just unbelievably stronger than his on this river, especially if you barrel AQ with any regularity (which I'm pretty sure you do), so you need to give him a better price to expect one pair hands to call.
To make a long story short, I'd call like TT and better at widest, I think he's highly unlikely to bluff on a river where you can have a zillion forms of the nuts and he can't.

Renton - isnt TT even a close fold considering all our range is nuts so his river c/r is kinda bad spew if he has even 777? The min hand we can call with is 777...
I mean he cant even have AQ that picked up a FD on the turn after calling a flop bet so theres no way he can have made an odd backdoor hand - he had to be strong from the flop and 777 perhaps even TTT just calls river bet when our range is so strong.
The only bluff i can see is if he thinks you 3barrelled AK and got there with TP and hes taking you off that - but thats such a small part of our perceived range here when we put 50/60% of our stack in by the river

I think game dynamics, image, and history probably have a lot to say about this hand. But, in a vacuum, we raised from a non-steal spot and led out every street which is extreme strength and then he responds with even more strength check calling every street before shoving. At face value, his range is primarily sets and str8's. Unless there's a reason for us to think he finds us weak and he might do this with a marginal holding like T9, 87, or 9's.
I'd guess hero had AK and villain had Q9s or 77
