villain is a regular. He runs 13/9/2. I figure his range preflop is QQ+, AK. Hows this line agains this villain?

 i think you have villain's range wrong. Obviously depends on your image, but when i run 14-10 my range here is wider than QQ+AK.
oh, bet flop.
if you are so convinced of villain's range, then you lose/split against more than half of it once that river comes and he gets aggro.
