i fold here. this just screams "low-limit player hits flush" to me. Plus, if my maths is right, to make this worthwhile, he'd have to be bluffing ~60% of the time (?), which I just don't think he is.

Make a bigger raise on the turn, like to $2.50. You're giving him over 3:1 to call your raise. As played I think I fold the river.

I usually don't play KQo in EP esp UTG unless it's suited of course.
Raise turn as said earlier.
River you have to call because of pot odds.
