UTG is some 17/14/5 shorty who can rot in hell and cbets 69% and folds2raise 49%

SB is a good reg who I don't have much hands on but is 21/17/6 over 600.

Is it time to RAISE and get it IN?

I think it's really up to you what you want to do here. Lead, c/r and c/c all have merits.

You have equity so put chips in on the flop one way or another.

There's not a whole hell of a lot you can fuck up here other than getting it all in on the flop vs a set.

for sure raise, utg is short, sb is mostly weak, and we have good equity

if it was all 100bb deep I can see leading or overcalling
