Horrible call, regardless of results.
Edit: After thinking about it for a minute, I still really, really, really don't like the call, but after seeing what some idiots will do at the table, I probably can't completely blame you.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

You have to be right every time. I've seen idiots slowplay sets to the river. Could be aces.

i cant see calling that push with anything other than the stone nuts.
yeah, its a bluff/hand you beat a lot of the time, but he wants the $2 more than you do.
wait for the "hero call" until the pot is bigger.....much bigger.

LHE is a game where your skill keeps you breakeven until you hit your rush of random BS.
Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!

Calling with only 77 is horrible as well.

Why would you call that? You have nothing invested in the pot. More often than not, this is a real hand that was slow played until the river hoping you caught something good enough to call his donk/bluff bet. I call only with the nut or near nut hand. 9 7 ain't even close.

Without a read or any indication your opponent tries to play well at all, this is a really really terrible call.

Uh, duh. He has a baby avatar. Sunglasses also.
I'm convinced that he sucks at poker despite how much he practices due to the simple reality that it is impossible for somebody with an avatar of a baby to not suck at poker.
