is there a step by step guide to these tools on the forum?
i keep getting an error with the trimmer.

ok i'm a noob at this convertor stuff.
i can't get the convertor to spit out anything. all i get when i convert is a url.
i am copying text from the tourney trimmer into it.
what i'm i doing wrong?

Could be a couple of things, what site are you playing on cause some sites don't work on it. Make sure you highlight the entire history, not just a small portion.

It's also possible some of the player names are causing the converter to go cookoo. I know I had problems with certain symbols in player names and the output being cut off.

Output from the trimmer will not work as input to the converter. What exactly are you trying to do? If you just want colorized output from hands in the trimmer, copy the "Forum style" output for those specific hands and post them on the forum.
