villain is 38/5/1.5 over 60 hands. I`ve been ISOing him quite a bit and he was folding to my cbets a lot so he might get a bit frustrated. Whats my line?

You can't call the turn if you are folding this river, basically you lacked a plan... oh and he's not bluffing

fold turn unless you can put him on a range where the river play becomes trivial - and as you seem uncertain on the river....

River seems like a pretty easy fold and it doesn't contradict your turn call at all which is obviously standard.

Am I supposed to turn into a station vs a random passive fish just because I isoed him a few times over 60 hands?

yeah its more likely he just has it.

if he was frustrated he wouldn't set stacks up so nicely for the river and probably just tilt shove the turn given how much money is in the pot.

River is closer than I initially thought. We know he's not bluffing and his UTG limp/calling range doesn't have lots of combos that he could vbet that we beat.
I still call because I think he could turn up with overpairs, 45, A4 and Q3o sometimes.

no, but if he was frustrated and has something that doesn't want a call, he'd probably just go all in on the turn rather than bet under 1/2 pot.
