I just sat down recently

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (7 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

CO ($9.05)
Button ($37.65)
Hero ($8.60)
BB ($1.90)
UTG ($9.75)
MP1 ($9.85)
MP2 ($5.05)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K, K.
UTG calls $0.10, 4 folds, Hero raises to $0.3, BB calls $0.20, UTG calls $0.20.

Flop: ($0.95) 6, 8, Q (3 players)
Hero bets $0.5, BB raises to $1, UTG raises to $1.5, Hero raises to $8.3, BB calls $0.60 (All-In), UTG calls $6.80.

Turn: ($19.15) 3 (3 players, 1 all-in)

River: ($19.15) 4 (3 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: $19.15

make it $0.5 preflop and life becomes a lot easier.

BB is stacking of with a queen here and even if he's got a set it doesn't matter as long as you have UTG beat. I'm just going to call that 3bet by utg and see a turn - even if the flush draw does come it isn't that terrible for you since you have Ks

Except the preflop raise already discussed, I think this is standard. I don't generally like stacking off with an overpair, depending upon villain. But I have found that KK against TP on a Qxx or QQ against TP on a JXX flop will often lead to a villain stack off at 10nl, often enough to overcome the Hero stack off when villain has a set. I don't think this is true at 25nl, at least not on my sites, since they stack off with TP garbage a lot less often.

flop is difficult, it's fine I suppose - but I think flatting is better. UTG has to be pretty bad to call with less than AA here.
