1) Fold, super easy. No reason to think you're good here, or to think villain slows down on the turn.
2) Raise, TPTK with nut flush draw. Against a set or made flush you're 1:2 to catch up, against anything else you're flipping or way ahead. I would expect a fold after that donk bet.
3) Only min-re-raise here with a strong read. Given the dry flop I call his flop min-raise and play the position on the turn. If he has AK, A8, A4, 88, etc you're WB. If he has A anything else, or a pp with a weird line you're WA. No need to bloat the pot with TPGK.
As played, I would call and fold to a push on the turn, or check behind. This sucks because you have $6 left in a $9 pot. If you fold it would be ok to min-re-raise with a made hand (i.e. strong read) and hope he raises big "to push you off".

Thanks for the answer. Here is what I did in these hands:
1) Folded
2) I think I played this very badly. I called, then a nothing card hit the turn , he made a very large bet and I folded
3) I folded.
