Villian is loosey goosey, never raises preflop, cold call of 46% after 40 hands. I realize I should've let this go preflop, but my image is tight and I like occasionally raising deceptive hands from MP due to gap theory.
So my question is, how is my post-flop line here?

Preflop there's really no need to get fancy. Most of the small stakes opponents don't know that you have a tight image, let alone what gap theory is. If you ever feel the need to play T8s, do it in late position.
Post flop looks good to me, I'd just set him all in on the river.

this looks good until the river, that $4 bet was awful. if hes calling 4 then hes calling for 5, raising anything that beats you obv. youre just throwing $1 away with this play.
