I thought I'd drop down to the microlimits for tonight. Thought I'd see what happened if I just played PP's and AKs and AQs all night.

Only thing I can figure is that I should have just flat called the river instead of raising, but I figured him for two pair.

Any way out of this?

No way out of this. You are totally screwed. If this was a live game, you could pull a gun on the guy, but that's about it.

Then again, he called your pot sized bets twice, then led out on on the river after a nothing card. My radar would have been on after the first flop call, and been even more concerned later, hoping for the board to pair up. But I still would have paid the man off, 'cuz I'm too frequently a dumb ass who didn't pass Mindreading 101.
I'm a know-it-all.

No, really.

I like the flat call on the river. There must be something like $45 in the pot when that $15 bet comes to you.

I just lost my stack on an AA to KT that caught his backdoor straight draw, him just calling my pot-sized bets the whole way through with one overcard. Oh, and he also had a backdoor fush draw (with the J on a two flush flop).

He went in my buddy list, I hope I can get my money back sometime on the same play.

Yup, that sucks. I suppose your preflop raise could have been upped a bit, that's all I can see.

get your money in on a set of aces every single time you can...
take your ego out of the equation and judge the situation dispassionately

yeh.. i wouldve flat called the river.. I dont like to raise the river without something stronger.. i can see how you would put him on 2 pair.. but i wouldnt put in another 15 over the 15 on him not having the straight.. particularly at NL50.
