2nd or 3rd hand at the table. Button has overbet a few pots. Shove this?
Holdem No Limit - $0.2 BB
BB ($10)
UTG ($9.80)
MP ($3.80)
CO ($29.40) [Hero]
Button ($10.23)
SB ($5.53)
Hero is CO with J , A
Preflop: (6 players, $0.3)
UTG calls $0.20, MP folds, Hero calls $0.20 and raises $0.55, Button calls $0.75, SB calls $0.65, BB calls $0.55, UTG calls $0.55
Flop: 3 , Q , 4 (5 players, $3.75)
SB bets $0.80, BB calls $0.80 and raises $3.20, UTG folds, Hero

Looks to me like he's defending his weak queen here. You can probably count the the last 3 aces as outs, but your odds for a draw here are screwed. I'd fold here and hope to see what he's defending for future reference.

I agree, I think you've got 12 outs. That + fold equity = push in my opinion.

I think a case can be made for either, honestly. I personally would fold here because his pot-sized bet has crippled your pot odds. On the other hand, you have the villain covered, so you could also gamble it up by drawing to the nuts. Let's not count out the SB either, who made a small bet on the flop....

Thing is, I'm pretty sure at least 2 of these guys will call so the pot will be quite big.

I think you should find a better table.
I would also gamble here for 50 bbs and not think much of it.
