Nice. I personally wouldn't raise with 23s, but hell, raising with it is better than calling with it. It's an acceptable play though just don't start raising every one of your 23s 's. They can't make many straights.

good advice guys, i appreciate it. didn't notice the BB was so short.
most the time those cards are going into the muck, but when i decide to play a small suited connector i like to either limp or raise with it. i was actually planning on advertising to use to my advantage later but the flop put an end to that theory...
