Move up your continuation bet size to 3/4ish pot. That gives you more room to play with pot sizes on the turn.

Yea, gotta pot that flop. He made a somewhat bad PF call, but the rest he pretty much had pot-odds to call them... as well as implied odds...
$3 into $9 on the flop with OESD.. Marginally Good.
$6 into $18 on the turn.. Same odds as flop.
River played itself...

I counted the flop pot size to be around $6.

And in general you shouldnt pot the flop but I guess that at these lower stakes they will pay you off with draws. Still I would give my opponents a change to make mistakes and go with fnordy's 3/4 of the pot, 4-5 bucks should do the trick here. his check-calling smells like a draw so I will put the same 2/3-3/4 pot bet on turn too. Turn is usually where you want to control the pot size. I call that river bet too, you were given too good odds to call even though I would put him on a flush here..that might be a weak king as well trying to control the size of the pot.

I bet that flop for balance because I'm betting so often when I don't have it.

Open ended straight draw.
For this hand I would bet $5 on the flop and push the turn.
