So I'm recording a 4tbl $5nl Full Ring video for my Micro-Stakes series and an interesting hand happens. PT is screwing up my HH's so this is off the top of my head.
Villain and I have little history, I limped behind OTB with a sc, he raised out of the BB and he then c/f'ed a low-card flop to my flop bet.
2 hands before the hand in question he called a large raise PF (10xbb). The flop came AAx rainbow and the raiser led at the flop. He typed "you have an ace?" in the chat and called. Turn was a blank and he called another fairly large bet. River was another blank and the raiser checked to him, he bet like $2 into $6 and was called. He had AKo.
Now to the hand in question
Eff. Stacks $6.40
I open to $.25 UTG+1 with :Qd: :Qs:
Villain calls in MP, SB calls, BB folds.
Flop ($.80):   
SB checks, I bet $.75, Villain raises to $2, SB folds, Hero....
What's my best play and why?

I like a shove here, although I'm not sure.. There are a lot of drawy hands out there, and idk about the standard of microstakes these days, but back in my day this guy would slowplay 2pr/set (like he slowplayed the AAA).. Which is why it's an instashove for me.
Though having said that, calling and b/f any turn also seems reasonable (or are we potfucked if we do that?)
How long did he take to make the raise (if you remember)?

So how are we looking against his range? Good against 1 pair hands - 9's TT, JJ and flush and str8 draws. Ok against combo draws. Bad against KK, AA, 2 pair and sets. I think we have a profitable situation and should try to get all in. With 1/3 of the effective stack in the pot already I would push over and hope for a call.
Please feel free to destroy my reasoning

If we have a read that he likes the slowplay, I think we should trust it here. A set is a minuscule part of his range. I think a FD, SD, or any pair testing your missed overs is much more likely. I like a push because we don't want an over card or heart to fall scaring your action on the turn.

I'm not really putting him on 9x here but I think he probably calls a fair bit with it.

If we think he slowrolls his monsters and is getting bluffy/aggro here what about check shoving a turn after calling his flop bet?
Why give him a reason to fold now?

As played, I'd threebet/push.
I would prefer to check behind on flop. You are strong, you can afford giving him a free card.

I think this is way too risky against two opponents at these stakes and we need more money in there.

I honestly like folding here. Pot is getting way to big on the flop for 5NL to just be top pair here.

Um, lets see.
1st scenario:
You are the PF aggressor, everyone expects you to bet.
A check indicates a missed flop. SB checks. You check. Your villain will most probably open, due to his position. You get to see what SB does (cost= $0), and then come in with a raise.
2nd scenario:
You are the PF aggressor, everyone expects you to bet.
flop is checked around. Now, if the turn comes anything smaller than a Q you may fire a full pot depending on what SB does, call him if he bets between 1x and 2x pot, raise him if he bets less than 1x pot. Obvious, if you raise the turn, after, say SB opened and Villain comes over the top, all kinds of alarm bells should go out in your head and you should strongly consider folding.
On HU flops, I am much more aggressive. On multiways, even w/ just 3 players, I thread with more caution. Specially when absolute position isn't mine.
