Okay, sorry for the homemade HH, but Bodog HHs are poison to the converter. Anyway, here's the setup:

Full ring, 50NL

I'm UTG+1. UTG limps, Hero limps w/ QKs (I know, I know, but it's a very limpy table), two new players post their .50, two more limps, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop=9 10 J rainbow, pot is $3.50

Flop Action=SB bets $1.5, Hero calls, two more calls

Turn=3, pot is $9.50

Turn Action=SB bets $3, Hero raises to $12, two folds, SB calls

River=5, pot is $31.90

River Action=SB checks, Hero pushes, SB folds.

I ought to mention, at the time I pushed, my stack was around $85. SB's stack was about the same. I feel like I left about 50 bucks on the table here, but I'm not sure what the best line would be. Any thoughts?

Calling the flop bet makes very little sense unless you are sure that someone behind you will raise.
