Villain is somewhat of a Taz;table is loose/passive as a whole.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

saw flop|saw showdown

MP1 ($29.85)
MP2 ($16.90)
MP3 ($21.15)
CO ($5.35)
Button ($60.42)
Hero ($27.80)
BB ($11)
UTG ($41.75)
UTG+1 ($14.25)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 7, 8. Hero posts a blind of $0.10.
4 folds, MP3 calls $0.25, 1 fold, Button calls $0.25, Hero (poster) completes, BB checks.

Not my favorite hand out of the SB but I'll take a flop.

Flop: ($1) 2, 4, 6 (4 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, MP3 checks, Button checks.

I check leaning towards a fold if anyone bets.Checks all around so I take the free card.

Turn: ($1) 5 (4 players)

How to bet to entice callers to make it long term +EV?

I make it a $1 there... might even overbet a little. Its very easy for someone to have the lower straight and someone might read it as a steal and call/raise with an overpair or a 6. I probably bet $1 and hope someone has something they want to raise me with.
gabe: Ive dropped almost 100k in the past 35 days.

bigspenda73: But how much did you win?
