Hmmm...it's possible he has a higher flush. Latour limped in EP...I would think for him to raise then re-raise AI he'd have the K or A. Straight is possible, but not SF.
Maybe slow playing a set? Pretty risky to go AI with a flush on the board unless he has a higher one.

The way you played this hand you must not like money.
That being said, if ever there was a time to laydown a flush...

I payoff. Without four to a fluh on the board, I pay off with non-nut flushes on non-paired boards.
I might think about laying it down with a good read.

I think it very likely he has a higher flush. Limping from EP then going nuts on a flush board makes it very likely he has one of the AKT diamonds that are out there.
I lost a hand last night almost identical to this.

why would i lead the flop oop without a spectacular draw? although this is a fine line, i dont think its the best way to play this hand.
leading turn would be okay, but i figured i had the best hand and id see how other people played.
he had a slightly higher flush and i paid it off with my stack.
edit: as to the pf argument, ill call anything remotely suited or connected from the sb. implied odds at this stake are huge.

Because if the limper had a real hand he would have raised. The BB has 2 random cards. In short, neither one has much of anything, probably missed this flop horribly and $1.5 is a nice return on your SB investment.

Ahhh, here is the rub. You've failed to build a pot and probably haven't given enough action for anyone who isn't donating to pay you off with anything less than an over-pair. Hence, you're left with the last desperate hope of the passive nit. "I hope he either bluffs, caught second best or slow played a second best on the flop so I can play a big pot."

3-way, nothing pot and no one has shown must of an interest in their hand. I'd rather steal small pots in situations like this. If this was a 5 card draw game, I would seriously consider raising it pre-draw, standing pat with my garbage hand then blast away hoping no one caught trips (because the fish think trips beat a pat hand) or a 1 card draw. But I digress...

I would bet the flop but that's up to you. I like leading the turn for $1.50. If he raises, I would come back over the top, and if he pushes I grit my teeth and fold. Also, I don't like your little reraises. With over 100BB+ on the table, these little raises mean almost nothing and don't get you the information you need. Without a read on villian, I probably fold it given the way you played it.
