5th time in the day to have QQ. Lost 4 times to mediocre hands that included A4 and J10. Here is another.

$0.12/$0.25 Blinds No Limit Hold'em -
Seat 4 is the button
Total number of players : 8
Seat 1: LMcCaff ( $11.59 )
Seat 2: stephanb ( $10.9 )
Seat 3: soulptch ( $16.12 )
Seat 4: mp301guy ( $14.14 )
Seat 5: pz13 ( $1.75 )
Seat 6: flutie86 ( $27.42 )
Seat 7: jkp11111 ( $13.64 )
Seat 8: Hero ( $34.23 )
pz13 posts small blind [$0.12].
flutie86 posts big blind [$0.25].
soulptch posts big blind [$0.25].
** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to Hero [ Qd Qh ]
jkp11111 folds.
Hero raises [$2.25].
LMcCaff folds.
stephanb calls [$2.25].
soulptch calls [$2].
mp301guy folds.
pz13 calls [$1.63].
flutie86 folds.
** Dealing Flop ** [ 2d, 6c, 10d ]
Hero bets [$4].
stephanb raises [$8.65].
soulptch raises [$13.3].

Lay down this hand?!?
My read is that none of them has made a set. Two pair is remote with the preflop raise. Stephanb is a complete a*****, he is probably on a draw. I think soulptch has a 10 with a decent kicker. All my instincts ask me to call. But, with only a pair, I know I shouldn't do it. What do you think?

If your read is nobody made the set or 2 pair and you are ahead, then re-raise? Make the ass who is drawing pay. Although the number of people in this pot would scare me a bit.
Roll Rebuilding (for the second time). Current; $1600 from $300 (previous, $2300 from $15)

easy call/push. Looks like a flush draw or AT type hand
take your ego out of the equation and judge the situation dispassionately
