Given stack sizes and pot size on the turn, we have to pay off a flush everytime, no?

Well, he has about $10 left and there's $15 in the pot. i think there are too many possibilities that you are beating to check/fold this, just put him all in right now.

On another note, I suggest you raise to 2.50 preflop.
