Flop PSB makes it look like A10 with you trying to push out a flush draw. To change that up to a far weaker 1/2 pot bet the next street is fishy and looks to me like a) higher pocket than the board (QQ fits) or less likely b) a fastplayed set.

In any event I think he floated anyway with AK/AQ and was looking to hit the turn. Maybe put you on a c-bet? The fact you fired again scared him off?

If he had anything he'd c/r that bet. IMO you got all the value you were gonna get.

BankItDrew will become famous soon enough
I would have actually bet more on the flop..... lol

If I put him on AKo, then 1/10th pot would be sufficient.

Was there even a reason to raise preflop?

Post flop I think you played this fine.

Make it $2.25 PF. Well played after that.

Givememyleg, I always raise TT if limped to. I don't reraise with it, though. I call raises and set farm. I think how to play TT is a split camp around here....

With 4 limpers you've gotta make it at least $2 here.

Why? Raising to build a pot is a reasonable enough of a play. My only reservation is that we're out of position.

you don't really want to scare anyone off a hand though, do you? Don't you just want to sweeten the pot and hit either the 10 or have the 10's be an overpair? In a tourney I would want to get some players out, but we will often be getting outta the way if any AK or Q hits and action in front - So isn't it better just to sweeten the pot and get more players chasing us?

Also, in a Tourney we want to conserve chips.

In a cash game we have more room to splash around a bit and make marginal plays for lots of reasons. Just keep topping off.

Being oop I want less limpers behind me. Showing more strength and having fewer opponents gives me more options if I miss my set.
