I misplayed this hand. I got pocket deuces and it was heads-up. I just limped in. I know i should've raised, but the question is how much? Keeping in mind it was still just a pair of deuces.

Push pre-flop. The blinds are too big to justify any other play.

Would you push with every playable hand? Or just playable hands that are also vulnerable?

You've got him covered 3-1 in chips. Force him to take a chance and call you. HU NL tournies just about any playable hand you go all in on. if he has 97o here he's not calling an all in, and if he does he's still a coinflip at best.

....it also makes the tournament go faster too.

Pushing is silly. 100/200 blinds are not big.

Why push and take the chance he will call and double up, making it practically a dead-even chip count? The blinds are small enough that you can still chip away at him. Playing heads up is a matter of maintaining your domination and making a series of small victories. You want to get him to the point where you can lean on him and he will fall.

Min raise it or possibly 3x raise it. Don't push, that's ridiculous and will get you in trouble.
