pantherhound is on a distinguished road
I've hardly seen anyone at $50 NL do this with a set (as i might) and I couldn't see a flush draw betting this way either. if he keeps slinging money in there thinking i was drawing that is better than raising the otherwise harmless flop?

Not horrible, but I raise the flop to 6 with a spade draw on the board.
I kinda like the smooth call though, it gives him another chance to put money in the pot on the turn. Which do you think is more profitable?

As an aside, if he hits his trip 9s, do you think he check-raises you on the turn? or does he bet out not wanting to give a free card to the spade draw?

Fnord's turn raise might be the line.
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.
