id generally want to keep the pot size down when im playing out of position with a hand like aq. i personally would call, but if your going to reraise here it needs to be .50 or more.

on the flop you should be betting at least 1/2 pot. betting small like that is going to get lots of calls from other hands besides aces, which means you dont know if your way ahead or way behind. folding to the raise is pretty weak; you cant possibly put him on squarely AK in this situation

if i was mp1 i would squeeze here with 23 offsuit, you two could not look any weaker. i bet 1.40 or so on the flop, probably dont get raised, if i do i call and lead the turn.
