Villain is 17/11/1.5 over 320 hands. EP limp makes it look like a set to me.
Shud I have folded PF? Shud I have C/C instead of B/C flop? Shud I have C/R more on turn? Now C/F C/C or B/C river?

My first thought was shove! But I agree that his hand is absurdly well defined and you probably need to just suck it up and check/fold as sometimes he'll check his non-set hands behind (if he ever has any.)
