check raise.
few points.
I dont mind a limp in ep with AJ. Im not so keen calling a raise (not applicable here i know)
If you bet into this pot and get raised its a little difficult.
1. UTG you may be put on a pp so top pair may auto reraise.
2. You probably get minraised by a better hand so you need to buy info oop.
Id check raise this flop or just call and make a play on the turn when opp has to define his hand. Its a great flop for AJ so buy a bit of info. Betting into the pot from there asks for an aggro player or better hand to take money off you or push you off the hand totally.
position is key here if you want to play AJ in that position.

1. fold preflop. If it's raised behind you, you absolutely have to dump it. Save yourself the BB and more importantly, the reverse implied odds of playing AJo OOP (even in a limped pot). In general, it's a hand where you want to be first in with position and agression.

2. pot the flop. I know miffed was pushing the c/r pretty hard, but ask yourself, do you really want to play a big pot OOP with AJ on this board? Do you want to give a free card to the flush draw? In a 5 way limped pot, this board offers all kinds of set, straight, 2 pair, and flush draw combinations. Best thing to do here is try taking the pot down and going from there. How to play the turn depends on who and how many people called your flop bet and the card obviously.

3. as played, what to do on the flop? A lot depends on what you've seen from villain. Does he min-raise bluff often? Big hands? Hard questions but very helpful answers if you have them. To a bigger raise, I muck this in a second. Looking at the hand, I think you should just fold to the raise. It sounds weak, but it's just a horrible reverse implied odds situation.. look at the board and the action, do you really think AJ is going to win a big pot here? How about lose a big one? Also keep in mind that you repped the flop from EP, someone called, and it was raised behind (albeit only the minimum). Looks like a pot builder with a big hand to me...
