His bet just seemed like a c-bet,he could have middle pair but i dont believe he has TP.He also was a bit tight,but couldnt really say because only saw him play 10 hands.

PF-call is okay, although a bit questionable. Flop didn't gave you anything, and the reason you called in the first place should probably me because of the implied odds you have when hitting the set. Just fold this flop, or if you strongly suspects missed overs or a lower pocket raise... A risky play I sure would't try at a tight raiser from early position...
