This is fine. We're behind this guys range, in the worst possible position, he bets strong into a 3 way pot and we don't even close the action. Bad reverse implied odds situation and easy fold without more info.

the top 5% is more unpaired hands than paired ones, and he's in late position.
I dunno, If we knew his flop aggression we could probably make a better decision.

the top 5% of hands are more unpaired hands then paired hands, but not by much. Late position noted, but we also have to note that he bet very strong into a 3 way pot, and we have to weight that more towards the overpair side. Also note that the overcard side is drawing very live, and has 6 outs twice if we don't play back at him. We also have terrible reverse implied odds as we'll likely lose a big pot if we're behind and win a small pot if we're ahead. It looks really weak, but out of position in a multiway raised pot against -this guy's range-, folding is the only play that isn't -ev IMO...
