My opponent is certainly loose, I initially thought kinda aggro, but I think he just had a run of cards. In any case, he may have adjusted to me and/or changed gears. Meh...

You didn't give him correct odds to draw to his straight or the implied odds once he hit it. I'm inclined to think you made a good laydown.
TheXianti: (Triptanes) why are you not a thinking person?

Yeah, I think it was a good fold. River raises especially when faced with strong bets are very rarely bluffs. If you know he's loose, I'd be more inclined to overbet the pot (at least slightly) on earlier streets.

I think you made a good laydown.

Out of curiousity, what do you think villain's range is here? If he is very bad, this honestly looks like a horribly donked QJ. Think he can open limp TT/KK UTG 6max here? What about 66 and call your turn bet?

Weird hand. Given his line, I think villain is full of shit here a good portion of the time. I think the fold is correct, but closer then some here may seem to think.

Check/calling the river too weak?

What was your table image like?
Could his perception of your play from previous hands make him consider making a move on you?

Fnord, good fold. You were showing a shitload of strength and he basically said, "I don't give a crap. I have a REAL hand here."

GJ not paying him off.

EDIT: Maybe you could have checked this one to him on the turn and let him bet at it? You said he was pretty aggro.....Then raise him so hard that it makes him piss himself.

For the record, ILikeAces said he'd fold this 1 in 100 times, then retracted his post. Just because the other guy happened to have the nuts doesn't make it right though...

At the time I had a really bad feeling either way and decided to save myself the $100 of drama. Plus I was running bad.

I misread the board. If the river was say a 2 then my statement is true.
