At what stake can playing between Tagg and Lagg be effective? I'm trying to learn to be more aggro but I just can't get the hang of it. Can anyone offer some advice?

Try 6 Max 25-50NL. There's a difference between maniac and Lagg. Know the difference. Lagg is a maniac with good reads and good laydowns.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

u don't need to know how to play "proper" poker until pretty decent sized blinds (2-4). u should get somewhat creative starting at 100 NL but rock play pays off until there. However, (and this is big however) if u never learn to play properly (tigh aggressiv with creativity) then u will not be able to successfully move up in blinds.
