Villain was tag.I often don't know what to do withthose minraises when my hand is not that good.

Has he done them before? If so, how did the action progress, and what did he show down? If you have nothing on it, I'm a nit like this and dump. I'd rather give credit and blow $2 or so than try and outplay a possible made hand and risk a stack.

His stack is 2x the buy in? Might be just throwin his weight around.
If you're feeling frisky, 3-bet to $9, fold to anything after that.
But I'd prefer finding a more sure place here, or at least watch him for 20-30 hands and see how he normally plays.

I don't really like a 3-bet here (unless you have a good read)as you're building a pot out of position.
I might just call this and see what the turn brings. If the turn card is unpleasant or if you face a strong bet, you can fold up shop.

I call and lead any turn for ~6$, and make a note of his reaction. If the turn bet does not take it down I fold to resistance (unless I spike something in which case I'll check call river).
