this one I won (I also went on to win the table), but I can't help think I was lucky, although I didn't put him on the hand he showed, I had him on KJ, maybe KT (but unlikely given the way he played). I thought AK would have brought about a stronger raise from 1st position. I briefly consider AA that wanted some, but not much action, but dismissed this

I am also sure this was a good laydown. However, these two are just examples of how I am unsure about KQs

All of these plays were fine. KQs is a VERY overrated hand and is not to be overplayed. You should fold it to big bets preflop and you did, cool.
As for hand one, it's fine to slowplay there in my opinion but you could also bet halff pot there, it's kind of a 'match your style' play, both plays are right. And you couldn't put him on that 99 by the turn (or you would've done very well to! But I liked all these plays, it's good to see you not overplaying KQs.

Yeah, the latest in fish fashion these days is playing KQ like AA.

For the first one I prefer betting your top two pair on the flop as opposed to checking it and getting in danger of giving a free card.
2nd one looks great
3rd one.... I might consider putting in a small raise preflop (3x maybe?) to narrow the field a little and see where you stand if you get reraised. Although your fold was right, and a pretty straightforward decision in my mind.

cheers to all 3 of u
yeah, my logic at the time was that, having PFR'd I wanted to give him a chance to bet again. I kind of thought that the 100 bet was a little weak and I thought I could milk him for some more on the turn.
For the other 2, I guess I just wanted some reassurance that the laydown was right and that all I could do was shrug my shoulders at the outcomes

Ex. 1, I like betting the flop.
Ex. 2 & 3 were definitely good laydowns. Hell, just look at the hands you were against preflop - in both cases someone had AQ. That dominates KQ and you have to get a lucky board for KQ to win against it. Sucks that such a lucky board came when you were raised out of the hand though...
