 raise more pre and call the push. Im sure there are people at $200nl doing this w/ QQ and even JJ, especially after you just barely more than min-raised pre.

 play preflop is to let him come in with 99+ and like some flops. Im trying to not just drop a hammer preflop everytime i get AA/KK/QQ against average players and give them a shot at hanging themselves.
