I'm guessing this is an ultratight table, hence no PFR? The rest of the passivity makes good sense to me.
As for rippy, look what he did to EternalSunshine! As far as I know, ES doesn't even have anything to do with two plus two.

I'm wondering if you could explain to me why you didn't raise on the flop. Is it because if someone reraises again it would be very hard to call? I think it should be raised just for value. Its very likely you have the best hand, beating a 2 and any pocket pair. There is a flush draw so I think its important to rep value out of the fish calling with 2 hearts and you also get value out of the people likely to call with an overpair or with a 2. Did you not want to raise because you didn't want to scare people out and .5 was already a decent sized bet on the flop and then on the turn the 5 scared you with a straight?

I raise with 44 and 56s. You limping KK makes me want to vomit all over myself and eat it.

What's wrong with trying to limp - reraise with KK UTG?
I can only assume that's what you were trying to do.
