Flop=  Villain bets $11.50. Hero...
No reads, incidentally.

I say fold. It's a very read dependent hand, and since you have no reads, you are shooting blind. Could easily be TT, QQ+. Fold and find out how this guy plays.

Hands villian could lead out here
AKo, AcKc, AcJc, KQ, AQ, QQ, TT, AA, 33. You beat 5/9 of those
There could be a lot of worse hands villian will call reraises here too. Obviously, in general CO raises are generally made by a wider range of hands than in earlier positions. You cant peg him for ONLY TT, QQ, AA here. I would 3-bet and see how he reacts.
