Looks like AA or QQ, but can I put them on AA here enough to fold?

flyingPenguin bets $3, Button raises to $18, flyingPenguin calls all-in $12.9.
Uncalled bets: $2.1 returned to Button.

I generally do. I thought I'd try and play it post flop because there was a good chance it was AA just from his tight raising range. But when he went all-in I was left with nothing but a difficult decision. I'll go back to 3-betting.
