Bet flop harder ie. at least pot size and even overbet. The J10 on the flop is a prime time for opponent to be on the OESD and you can't let him in for cheap. You also want anyone playing overcards like AK or AQ to go away.

Tough river. It is one of those times when you think you hit a great card and it makes one better for your opponent. No problem with getting your money in on the river there.
