The only reason I was willing to put so much into this pot with TPTK was because 1) he was very small stacked compared to me and 2) he had suffered some tough beats soon before this hand

I think hand 3 is fine. The only hand you're really paying off there normally is AA but its less common at 6max so i think the raise is fine given his stack. With deeper stacks, probably fold if he comes over the top there. Grats on moving up.

On the first hand of that recent post, i probably raise the flop. OESD + Flush draw is a winning hand vs most sets, two pairs, TPTKs, etc. Raising also disguises your draw, if a flush card hits and you're still betting, people with things like two pair are more likely to call you thinking they still have you beat.

Second hand with all that action i'm definitely raising the flop. Even if you take it down right there its a really nice pot, but given all the action on the flop i think you are likely to get a call with someone who has 1 draw or the other or another strong hand (two pair, AJ maybe) and you will be going in as a big favorite.

3 looks good. Raising a continuation bet at 25NL is a great +EV play if you see someone continuing a lot. They will often call with nothing then check/fold the turn to you. Too bad you actually had a decent hand here, would have been more fun to make this play with crap card Nh.

Hand four is the same as 3. Good one.
