CO is 70/0/0/0.43 over 40 hands
BB is 55/10/1.7 over 29 hands
With 2 loose guys like this I have to think one of them has the A. I guess I could have called a small flop bet like that, but things can only get worse for me here and CO's AF of 0.4 was a bad sign with him betting this flop.
Anyone think differently?
[before you say it-- I can't top off at this site until my stack drops below $20]
This is probably an obvious fold. I just wanted to see my thinking was off.

No im never folding this flop for .75 into a 5 pot. Call and reevaluate on the turn.

im pretty sure i raise here every time. and i think the fact that they are loose makes them less likely to have the ace in my opinion...CO probably has like 33 or KT.

Definitely not folding. You were the raiser and didn't get re-raised, I'm pretty sure you've got the highest pair. I'm personally raising for sure.
Would the more experienced guys say that it's -EV to get all my money in the pot there ASAP? I don't want anyone with a Q or a K hitting a higher boat. And does the case A come up enough to make it -EV?

I'm definitely raising here, never folding for only .75 to a loose player like you describe. Most people usually check a flop like that if they hold the 4th Ace at this low limit. They slow play the hell out of it and try to nab you on the river.

I would reraise and hope to get called or pushed at. Most of these times you're up against a pocket pair rather than the fourth card. QQ & KK would have made their presence known preflop most of the time. And if he does have the ace good for him. But most time's you're winning this so it's definately worth your while.
